Welcome to Marriage Spices #1 Role-Switch! Here's a challenge for both husbands and wives. What would happen if just for one day you took on some of the roles the other person normally fulfills? For instance, hubby does the laundry and cooks dinner (better just start with one meal!) while the wife mows the lawn and repairs that old bookshelf. Hubby might give the baby a bath as well as change the diapers, while wifey might change the oil filter on the family car. Erase the lines of what's "female" or "male" stuff to do, and go outside the comfortable (often stale!) habits of your relationship. Find out that hubby likes cooking, or that wifey is really handy with a screwdriver! Busting out of the usual roles in one's daily tasks can enhance your communication and help you understand more about your lover's world. It's all part of the High Romance!
